I don't know if this belongs here, but paleontology is science, even the amateur stuff. Basically, I'm bored as shit during quarantine and want to maybe go out fossil collecting in my local area. Does /sci/ have any experinece with this? What are good tools? good practices? good areas to look for? Also /paleo/ general I guess, talk about fossils and shit, maybe post some spinosaurus memes.
