I still dont know why the US grades on a curve. Civilised countries use static grade boundaries. I don't care that my class mates have cheated and it doesn't affect my 85%+ average.

No, civilised countries don't need to use letters to spell phonetically, because they didn't learn to read during their formal schooling but before it.

No one gives an A, there are different grade boundaries outside of high school anon. If its so easy come to europe and see how your 57% level knowledge in the US nets you a 40% here.
