Why is sociology made fun of so much?
I understand that in terms of complexity it doesn't hold a candle to maths and physics
But people don't seem to wanna go there, they make fun of the prospect of major breakthroughs in sociology at the outset
Why is it so unthinkable to try and find patterns in people and society?
