What is the best resource to get a firm overview of how cells work at all if you never took a single biology or chemistry class and have had to self-teach yourself everything?

Go to libgen and look up some textbooks, if you need to find what textbooks to look for, look up "UT Dallas course book" when you go in, on the dropdown menu for prefix, go to BIOL, and then click on an intro to biology course. Click on one with a syllabus available, and see the required textbook. Go to libgen and look up the textbook and read up.

Further, if you want a deeper dive into cells specifically, when looking at the courses (make sure the semester says sp or spring) you can go to eukaryotic molecular and cellular biology, and that textbook will give you a deep dive in the functioning of a cell. I believe it is by lokesh et. al.
