Basically the problem is that all of the land(earth) is coming up from under the ocean

But how do we fix it
We cant

If we could then we are paying some workers to physically drink all of the water in the ocean, and I suggest getting dogs to do it as your average dog can consume over 2L of sea water before giving up and requiring assistance from an ambulance officer or over 30 dead cops
