If given the nuclear arsenals of Russia, the US, or another major nuclear power... could one break up all the land locked water ice in the Greenland and Antarctic ice sheets resulting in ice and cold fresh water run off into world's oceans disrupting the gulf stream in the north Atlantic and spreading some love via the antarctic circumpolar dumping the cold ice water into the South Atlantic Gyre and Humboldt Current... all in all causing a mini ice age or at least short term (geologically speaking) cold spell?

How long would something like this last? Is something like this even feasible or is there just too much sheer ice mass for the relatively small (despite memes) nuclear arsenal's potential actual explosive and thermal oomfph?
