How is Joe who works 7 and commutes 2 hours a day supposed to understand and come to a well-rounded opinion on geopolitics, military policy, economic policy, national character, race and sex realism, constitution of the state, firearm ownership, state prohibition of vices (porn, drugs, cigarettes, etc.), and so on? He can't, to rule is a profession like any other and it wouldn't be equally well performed even if everyone had all day to learn it, but that's its own rabbit hole.
