Can someone explain Sir Roger Penrose's argument about universe expansion prior to the Big Bang? I can't follow it.

Like, I understand inflation is a problem but I just don't understand Sir Roger's argument.

Something about low entropy at the beginning of the Big Band and the universe going back to having low entropy when all the pesky matter is gone and the universe reaches its Heat Death leaving the way for a new big bang.
