What would the mental world of a moth be like?

Does it make sense that a moth be smart? that is, comparable to a human?

Leaving aside size limitations.

For example, the bacteria or virus strategy is pure "brute force". Even so, the coronavirus managed to screw up the entire society, world.

The brute force of billions or trillions (microorganisms) beat any organization or computer.

It would be naive to think that we can design a functional living being without brute force.

Intelligence was a mistake?
