take melatonin 2 hours before bed. keep to a constant cycle. avoid night shifts, but if you have a night shift, take a nap 30min before your shift, drink coffee early in your shift, stay hydrated, and wear sunglasses and avoid light/noise after your shift is done.
avoid intense light before bed. lower light levels are better. don't drink. don't drink heavily in general as heavy drinking can permafuck you! have a nice night, good luck sleeping anon
