I've got one on the way, we're going to delay clamping for a minute or two. In Aus it's pretty common and offered as an option at our hospital. From what I read, the vast majority of the blood is transferred in the first minute, but delaying the clamp further increases the risk of bilirubin and jaundice, which is why they clamp in the first place.
I doubt it makes a huge difference though.
