1) Define the derivative
2) Learn the rules
3) Define the integral
4) Learn the anti-derivatives and substitutions
5) Apply these to trig functions
In college there are a few more theorems that I don't remember learning in highschool (squeeze, L'Hospital...) but really nothing more difficult than precalc. Calc 2 and 3 get harder but contain nothing more difficult in terms of new ideas
