It should be y/x after you divided by x

It's a linear equation. First thing, solve the homogeneous equation $xy'+y=0$ .
It's easy, $y=\frac{C}{x}$ . Next step, find the particular solution, variate the constant. Substitute $y=\frac{C(x)}{x}$ into the equation. You'll get $C'=x\cos x$ . The rest is easy.

xy' + x = (xy)'
So xy = integral xcos(2x)
y = 1/x integral xcos(2x)
Just chose a constant of integration to satisfy the boundary condition

Integrate to get xy = x*sin(2x)/2 + cos(2x)/4 + C
Finding C is probably the hardest part.
