I've had a very weird reaction to quitting weed.
Everytime I've quit, I get textbook hypomania. The first time was when I was coming off a daily habit that lasted a year, second day into not smoking, I got two weeks of hypomania that peaked about four days in. I relapsed a few times and get the exact same hypomanic symptoms that are directly proportional to how long I relapsed for. I know brain chemistry will adjust when you quit smoking but I can't find anything about this specific reaction.
I've never had any other symptoms of bipolar in my life; neither depression nor mania.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
