>>11636419I don’t think it’s the reactivity that makes francium hard to get. Caesium is very reactive and can be refined using electrolysis, which I’d imagine could work the for francium as well. Iirc the longest lived/most common isotope of francium has a half life of 22 minutes, and it’s kinda hard to get a large amount of a substance when 7/8s of it is disappearing every hour.
