It would be dark with the daylight being the photosphere of the black hole (starlight that bends around the black hole).
You'd be in trouble because anything infalling would give off x-ray bursts which could sterilize the planet.
But if you could magically replace the sun with a black hole of equal mass the orbital mechanics of the solar system would be the same.

Acceleration is about velocity**2/radius.
We have lots of acceleration, to keep the same radius we have a shorter period of orbit, or if the acceleration is the same orbiting a really small black hole then all is the same.
So with a black hole that big not spinning like crazy around the stars it looks retarded, like is that black hole made of shit instead of condensed matter?
