Real "chads" do mechanical engineering, go to grad school, and do scientifically interesting AND useful work in the broad areas of thermodynamics, energy, and design.
These guys don't limit themselves to ONLY "quantum theories" OR practical engineering; they fucking do BOTH.
They're full of passion and their love for work and life gives them good health, so they find the energy to have colorful social lives with their peers and colleagues. Plus, gotta know others to get good funding opportunities.
