My balls occasionally turn 90 degrees causing me some pain. Whenever that happens I just turn them back.
I know now about testicular torsion, but I didn't in my teenage years . Then I had the same thing happen to me, but since the pain was bearable and not constant I didn't go to the doctor. Eventually, after a month or longer, it would go away.
It was dumb from me to handle it that way, but I do wonder now what the chances are that my balls may be dead or severely damaged?
