I need help from actual science-based advice regarding what to eat and what to avoid. I want to start a raw carnivore/high meat diet but ive also seen people saying it can kill me.
veganism seems weak and blue-pilled, so maybe cooked meat is the answer?
I dont care about taste,i want the best possible body and brain.
i will do OMAD,thats for sure
