as a chemistry major, help me become interested in linear algebra? maybe i will learn it in physical chemistry, but i can't see the magic in linear algebra. What's the point in transforming some random vector like (3,6) with a random matrix like {{1,6},{7,2}}? At least chemistry is cool because you can do cool practical things like mix chemicals, make aromas, build molecules, build proteins, etc.
