Are Humans the weaklings of the Galaxy?

Considering that the Kepler data has shown that:
1. Most rocky planets in the habitable zone of their stars are "Super Earths" or slightly larger than Earth.
2. Most potentially habitable ocean planets have been found to be "Mini Neptunes" or "Super Earth" sized.
3. "Super Earth" sized planets with greater mass and gravity than Earth are the most common planets out there.

Is it safe to say that if intelligent life evolved elsewhere it more likely than not evolved on a planet with higher gravity than Earth? Are we the DYEL weaklings of the Galaxy?
