What's the scientific and medical consensus on whether Marijuana is:
a) Good for brain health and cognitive function
b) Bad for brain health and cognitive function
or c) Seemingly no noticeable quantifiable effect one way or another / that the research is hard to draw solid conclusions from
(The assumptions made are that it is vaporized and not smoked, the individual is an adult with a fully developed brain/hormonal system/body and smokes casually ie not a teenager, heavy user vaping THC distillate with no CBD)
