1) first run it forward. If the balls are not run forward from an initially low entropy state then theres no lower entropy state available to move to. So it would have to be random initial forces and then you can recover those from reversing it
2) needs to be run on a system with arbitrary memory. Othwerise youll have errors due to precision error
