You could drink your own piss and it's harmless, it's like looking for food in the bag of trash you just took out. Most of it is useless but your body won't react negatively to it either if it's regular urine

its kinda fun to drink a lot and pee in toilet a few times to get the urea out then pee into glass and you can perpetually hydrate yourself it'll just be warm water, can even use as bong water. But can only cycle so many times in practice before urea gets introduced in noticeable amounts again.
