Muscle memory is the coolest shit. Just think about it for a second. In order for your brain to more efficiently interface with a system, it's capable of COMPLETELY AUTOMATING the usage of the interface, leaving only high level decision making to your conscious mind. When you drive, you don't think about your arms or legs, from your point of view, the thought of the car turning is directly translated into movement of the car. Same with computer usage. You don't think about what your fingers are doing on the keyboard, it's a direct translation of your thoughts into information on the screen (which is a whole other rabbit hole). Even with basic tool usage, the actions your body does to interface with that tool are slowly taken over by the subconscious mind, leaving only the higher level decision making to you.
