I made 100-300 flash cards covering main fundamental derivations in each core subject:
>Classical mechanics
>Fluid mechanics
>Thermodynamics
>Electromagnetism
>Statistical mechanics
>Quantum mechanics
So I have about 2000 flash cards.
It took about 1 year to make these. Now, a year later, I have been reviewing one section at least once a day.
By now, I've memorized all flash cards, in other words all derivations involving the main core subjects.
I feel like since all the main concepts and equations are hard-coded in my head, I'm able to quickly access them for creative endeavors.
Furthermore, I find myself randomly thinking about connections between each topic or equation, or randomly realizing new derivations and insights.
I'll also have dreams of equations/concepts and the mathematical relations between them, because they're all hardcoded in my head.
So, is this the path to enlightenment?
