Is there a Fourth Spatial Dimension? Like, is it real? Obviously we can come up with systems where there are however many spatial dimensions we want, but is there any evidence (or utility) in looking at our reality through a 4(spatial)D lens?

It sure seems real, if you imagine yourself moving on a path through 4d spacetime, then acceleration is just an object changing paths, and velocity is you observing someone on a different path. In the math of relativity time is treated as if it were a physical dimension, you have the "invariant" which is just the Pythagorean theorem in 4 dimensions using time in distance, ct. and it is physically useful because it is the same in all inertial reference frames.

there is some use in looking for higher dimension, just to verify or rule out string theory alone. The thing is, it works up to very “small” dimensions, which would only be measurable by applying ridiculous amounts of energy. We would need an accelerator around the earth, maybe even around the sun, or fields that can’t be handled by current superconductors.

There might be a 4th spatial dimension, but very very thing on an atomic scale allowing quantom fuckery to take place, but only on that tiny scale. It'd be 3-d in the same way a plane of space shaped like a piece of paper would be. You'd be able to form 3-d matter in such a place the width of the z axis, but only be able to move objects larger than that in 2 directions. Likewise in our world possibly maybe who knows.
