Inaccuracies may seem "server-side" but such an argument must be proposed by a flawless user.
My own assumption is that this "flawless user" could not exist in certainty within a supposed "flawless system". Any system that finds it's x=True process can and most likely will be terminated upon completion. A system which encounters a x=False scenario will (AT LEAST BY HUMAN DESIGN) will undergo several processes to rectify the logic.
