What if it were possible to develop an asymmetric encryption algorithm (for non cs fags it means an encryption algorithm that uses separate keys to encrypt and decrypt data) that takes a future date and time as the seed, that results in an encryption key, and only part of a decryption key, and the other part of the decryption key will only become known at a certain date and time in the future by observing some natural phenomenon in nature that will we can predict that we will reliably know it at that date and time, but we won't be able to predict the value.
