I asked this on a different board but I rethought my decision because this place will probably have people educated in medical stuff to an extent.

I can see the blood vessels in my eyes.
Sometimes in a brightly lit place I can see the blood vessels in my eye on top of my eye. They are like blue lightning bolts which pulsate with my heart-beat. I only see them flash every time my heart beats and in light places, I do not see them that often though so it doesn't cause a problem.
The most common place for me to see them is the top floor of my college building. It has large windows and lets plenty of sunlight in. The white wal reflects light and when I walk down the hall, I sometimes feel and see the blood vessels pulsating. Also sometimes when I close my eyes I see the outlines of my blood vessels.

Is this normal?
