No... this is just what autists like to think. Autists love to rationalize their disease by imagining that they're super-smart and everyone else is just over-emotional and stupid. The reality is that most people with autism also have intellectual disabilities, and even if their intellectual capabilities are normal or above-average... they're still crippled (and insufferable to deal with to non-autists) because they cannot understand social interaction.
