there is a lump or buildup or something in the middle of my upper penis
its in the same place where Peyronie's Disease would be but there is no curvature and the penis is not slimmer its slightly wider in that area
i have had it for a few years and it didnt cause any issues
a few months ago i "broke" something and my dick felt weird for a few days
it has grown slightly since then and very recently its started causing slight blockage with urination, to the point where there is less piss coming out and it's at a slight angle to the left
it has never caused any pain
i am 19 years old
i am slightly overweight
my last blood analysis was 2 years ago and it came up with minor excess of iron and deficiency of calcium
no history of disease or medical complications
i dont know if i should stop jacking off all together for some time, im kind of afraid it might make things worse if i do
