modern humans are now constantly focusing their eyes at a very close distance day in and day out
I'm already noticing that after staring at my monitor for x hours, my eyes have a hard time focusing on a longer distance
Is there a way to prevent your eyes from getting used to focusing close by even if you are required to stare at a monitor all day every day?
Like wearing glasses that shift focal in such a way that you have to focus farther away than without the glasses?
