In my third year biomed electronics course, there was one slide of 45 in the genetics lecture which gave an example CMOS/ISFET readout circuit for ISFET-based pyrosequencing of DNA, which had some extra FET multiplexing.
I remember this circuit because it was a third of one slide and we had to draw it from memory on the exam
