I've been reading about neuroplasticity lately and it's very interesting. Is there a way to apply the underlying principles of neuroplasticity to 'reprogram' your brain to enjoy new or different habits? Could you train yourself to enjoy pain if you wanted to, or a food you normally don't like?
Basically I'm wondering if there's any science regarding ways to intentionally remap brain circuits. Thanks.
