Hello /sci/,
I come to you in a time of need. In Italy finals are approaching and my computer architecture prof is an absolute brainlet: constantly dances around the subject without addressing it directly, often contradicts himself and I find it really hard to understand what the hell he wants from me. My book is not exactly helpful since it goes in too much detail, it is the exact opposite of my professor. I get glossing over actuality for the sake of brevity, since we don't really care how the components are made, but rather the logic of it all, but this guy is on another level. Think of any presentation you did, only you were grossly unprepared and read word for word from a power point that has more bullet points that Bonnie and Clyde's car.
Is there anywhere I can find a more simplistic book or lectures about the subject that are better explained? In detail, the things this walking fuckup talked about are
>Virtual memories
>Memory hierarchy
>Pipelining
>Assembly language(MIPS)
>Input/output
Any help is welcome. Pic unrelated
