I have an anxiety performance problem.. (sex).. I am too anxious and I fuc*ed up everything when it comes to sex due to the too much adrenaline ... I was thinking to take my Xanax before sex but I am afraid that it won't get me erected cause it has calming effects and it's and not excitatory effects.. would be beta blocker be a better alternative in this case?
