OP you want to learn Autocad MAP, not Autocad.
They share the same engine but they're two different tools. If you're absolutely ignorant on CAD works fist of all familiarize yourself with WCS UCS and work-plane concepts, you'll need to understand engine's 3D space and behaviors. Don't have any tutorial on hand but you can find a tons online. Also keep in mind that autocad is shit and probably there is a better tool for the you.
