Keep using matches until you find it's too painful to continue. Do this everyday until wart dies, should take about a week or two. Make sure to swap wart with alcohol when you are finished. This method works, got rid of several warts on my hand that had persisted for three years.
I tried this after literally everything else failed (liquid nitrogen, salycylic acid, etc). Got inspired after seeing some asians burn a wart away with an incense stick.
