-Breakfast: 3 eggs with a serving of cheese (usually provolone or mozzarella), 1 cup of oatmeal made with 1 cup of canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix, just pumpkin), some Splenda brown sugar, whipped cream, cinnamon and a serving of walnuts.
-Lunch is 2 servings of peanut butter between 2 slices of whole grain bread
-Dinner is 1 chicken breast with some kind of seasoning or sauce, 1 cup of brown rice and 7 cups of steamed vegetables (mostly broccoli and cauliflower).
I also have a 2 scoop whey isolate shake with almond milk and a cup of hot chocolate made in water during the day.
I take as supplements: 2g of EPA/DHA fish oil a day, 5000 IU vitamin D3, 120mcg vitamin K2-MK7, 12mg of astaxanthin, KSM-66 ashwagandha to reduce cortisol, 200mg of L-theanine twice a day and a multivitamin.
Like once every 3 or 4 months I'll do drugs (weed edible or a couple tabs of acid). Been having these problems since I was 16 and only tried drugs for the first time a few months before turning 25.
