No. tampering with something as wide and vague as that could have disastrous consequences.
changing only one obviously defective part of DNA/gene that only there to create problems is illegal to this day because no one knows what this could to the individual or its offspring and the generations that come after it.

By what metric? It is evident from history that beauty standards change, sometimes drastically.

When human genetic engineering is well established it will probably eventually be quite fashionable for your face to be just slightly mishapen. Like Holywood ugly will be the new 10/10. They'll call it the "natural look" and every one will want it because it means you're just naturally a Chad and it's not like you can undo genetic engineering to make yourself slightly less perfect looking.

Then plastic surgeons will make billions breaking peoples noses for them.
