How can i actually understand math?
I'm tired of applying math formulas blindly without know what i'm doing.

Stop trying to understand it in terms of symbols, and starting thinking about mathematical structures. The real number line, integer ladder, Cartesian plane, embeddings of function plots in the plane, etc. Visualize the whole structure and where the result "should be" before you apply a symbolic argument to get particular results.
