Anyone else have weird shit from managers who should know better?

>remind him that they're the same just different terms, it's SLES that is a different chemical
>refuses to accept it
>comes up again in a team meeting and other chemist who has laptop with him double checks and says I'm right
>manager still doubts and says he's not sure if they're looking at it right, we should buy some SLS
