Why do i enjoy certain tasks in a videogame but not in real life.

Like, some times i play a really shitty videogame but i kinda enjoy it and obsess over finishing that task.

other times im "working" on the computer and it seems like a shitty videogaem, so i almost enjoy it but i end up not doing it over the abstract definition that its "work"


how to perceive everything as a game and be as motivated to practice my instrument, study and work out just as i am for playing videogames???

ps. if that crazy guy is still around its impossible not to build muscle if you work out hard, youre just doing it wrong.
