Say you can hold electrons spin so their charge is stable but they don't move. Say you can collapse a shell of electrons to all move at the same speed or as a wave say you can choose between the particle and wave functions of an electron.
My main question is, when you have an H2O, C10H15N(nicely warm), Mercury, and Oil what is the thing that makes these things "liquid" and not "solid"?
