Why are human so weak compared to other animals?
Other animals easily outmatch us in both strength and speed. Even an ant can lift something 1000 times their own weight
Our senses are shit
We don't have any natural weapons: no claws, no poison, no strong dentition, we can barely munch stuff.
Shit pain tolerance.
Unable to live in most of environments without any artificial intervention.
Shit immune system, before the advent of antibiotics and vaccines even a little cut could have been a death sentence.

Why did we evolve this way?

We do have a natural weapon, one that outclasses every other animal, even other smart animals, our brain. The issue is, the proper usage of the brain requires preparation time and opposable thumbs, or at least prehensile limbs and materials to turn into tools. Also, we're not that THAT weak, for instance, an adult human (more-so males) can kill a wolf or dog with their bare hands, but it isn't as easy it would be, for say, a bear. Also, we do have other physical advantages, like the biomechanical ability to use thrown weapons effectively, and benefit for fine motor control.

The issue is that even if you did you'd probably come out of the fight injured, usually when predators attack, last thing they want is getting wounded.
My father despite being tall and moderately buff got attacked by a medium/large size street dog, after some kicks and punche the dog gave up and fled but my dad needed to get stitches and the bites provoked him an infection

Oh yeah, for sure. Even when my Border Collie pup is playing, he can easily leave wounds that, if I were in a "wild context" could become infected. Simply what I meant was, OP makes it sound as if any animal can just waste a human easily, but that isn't true. However, for us to win a fight unequivocally, for animals around our size, or larger, we require weaponry.

We are among the fastest animals. We did trade strength for dexterity to some degree, but we aren't weak by any means. Ants are tiny, it's just physics.

Our hearing is excellent. Mammals do indeed tend to have a broader range they can detect, but only animals like dolphins can outmatch us in precision. We are in fact just about good enough to be able to echolocate, we just have no real reason to. Most non mammals can't really hear at all that well.
Our vision has little competition. Only some birds of prey can see in higher resolution, but they are blind at night. Most mammals can only see in low resolution and can only distinguish blue from orange.
Even the night vision is mostly false, cats and dogs indeed do lose less resolution with darkness, but their vision is so shit to begin with that they still see worse than us. We may only be clearly outmatched by horses, some owls, and a few obscure ones like tarsiers, even in night vision.
Non-mammals see usually in four color channels instead of our three though. We lost two of them and evolved a third one somewhere along the way, but the loss is somewhere deep in our evolutionary past, right after mammals split from the marsupials.

False. Bats may have stronger immune systems in some aspects, but we are still near the top. Yes, people did occasionally die of disease, and some people probably got infected from a cut, but it wasn't anywhere near the death fest that was made up to promote modern medicine.

Tiny animals can lift objects which are many times their own weight, because those objects are also tiny. Small objects has less gravity, so they are less attracted by the Earth's gravity.
