Ok I have several questions about this RBMK motherfucker

Where are the control rods?! And the SCRAM rods?

I've scoured the web trying to find blueprints or diagrams that have them but they all just seem to have the water pipes. are the control rods in separate channels or in the same channels as the fuel?

As far as I know they insert from the bottom right?

How did the top blow off if they were just covered by some metal bars?

Wouldn't it be more realistic for the bars to just be projected instead of the lid blowing?

I'm having a hard time understanding this because I don't understand the layout
