Is there such a thing as a graphical calculator program where you can input numbers and it draws the geometric shapes related to them? Does anything even remotely like that exist?

get python + numpy + matplotlib, or sagemath, or scilab or octave or wxmaxima
they're all good, but if the only thing you want to do is to plot stuff I'd recommend sagemath or octave or scilab so pick one

It looks that way, but the problem is that I don't have the math skills myself to use it. I was hoping to find a program simple enough to enter just enter plain numbers in without any formulae and get back some shapes and aggregated facts or whatever. Is there nothing like that yet?

How is 27 or any other number related to what you want? Just look up geometry or constructible polygons on Wikipedia and if some shape interests you put it into wolfram alpha.
