>>11599377I would imagine it's different for everyone. For me, I get agitated by stress, anger etc. and i like to blow off my steam with physical exercise. sports that elevate your heart rate throughout (e.g. soccer, basketball, tennis) are good, or just walking/jogging depending on your fitness level. The more I push myself to the limit, the better I feel afterwards.
Aside from this, meditating is also helpful for me. And as a more long term solution, you should try to change your entire mindset. Stress and other negative feelings are normal and natural, but the key is not to dwell on them. Just accept the emotions and let them pass through you. I'm currently reading Bruce Lee's "Artist of Life", and he has some great insights that you may find helpful to you.
Another useful strategy in dealing with stress specifically, is skin to skin contact with another human, scientifically shown to reduce stress. In case you're an incel, consider getting a pet dog or cat, cuddling with them produces similar results.
Drugs are not a good solution in my opinion, because they only give temporary relief and can become addictive.
Good luck anon!
