Prostrate cancer results from dna mutations that occur in your prostrate gland cells. They replicate and every replication can result in a mutation. The ordinary incidence of harmful mutation can be accelerated by environmental or hormonal toxic exposure (like if you eat plastics or some shit). Normally the cells can repair or kill bad mutated cells but if the repair mechanism is itself damaged or thwarted (like by environmental toxic exposure or infection or consistent stress) then the likelihood of cancer grows higher still.

Nofap must reduce the likelihood of prostrate cancer somewhat but the primary problem is likely plastics (mimic hormones and make your cells behave weirdly) and toxic environmental exposure.

Exactly the opposite. There have been studies done on this, high ejaculation frequencies correlate pretty heavily with lower prostate cancer risk; ejaculating daily is 30+% less likely to end up with prostate cancer than ejaculating 1-2 times a week, which is still less likely than lower rates.
That doesn't mean sex actually _prevents_ prostate cancer, but there's a substantial correlation between fucking all the time and not getting it for some reason, and it definitely doesn't cause it.
